Q: Do I need to create an account to order?

A: No, you can checkout as a guest, but signing up will make it easier to track your order, apply for returns, and review products. You can also save your delivery information and preferences for future use. 

Q: How do I choose the correct size?

A: One each product page you will find a size chart along with example sizes to help you choose the correct size.

  • If you are in the middle of two sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size as most of our products have some stretch to them.
  • If you can't decide, you can contact us with your height, weight, and waist size and we can help you choose a size.

Q: If the size doesn't fit, can I exchange it for another size?

A: If the size doesn't fit properly, you can exchange it for a different size for free as long as the item isn't damaged and all the tags are still on it. We will email you a return label. Once we receive the product, we will mail you the new size.

Q: Is there a physical store where I can try on and purchase products?

A: At this time, we do not have a store for in-person shopping. This is one of the reasons that we are able to provide lower prices for our customers.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: We accept returns on all of our products except underwear (for hygiene purposes. If you are unhappy with our underwear please contact us so that we can make it right.) as long as the tags are still in place and the product is not damaged. 

Q: What do I do if I receive my order and it is damaged?

A: We take great to care to check each item for any flaws and package it in way to prevent damage during shipping, however sometimes an item may slip through. If you receive any item you feel is damaged or has defects, please let us know immediately.  Our service team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: We usually ship all orders within 24 hours of confirmation. Most orders will arrive within 3 to 5 days depending on the location. If after 5 days you have not received your order, please let us know.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship internationally, however at this time, international shipping is not part of our free shipping offer. Shipping cost are based on weight and are calculated for you at checkout based on your order and location.
